Terms & Privacy Policy

These Booking Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern reservations made directly through Adrenaline Mountain LLC ("Adrenaline Mountain," "AM," "we," "us"). By completing a booking on our website, you agree to these Terms. Reservations made through third-party resellers or booking platforms are governed by that platform's own terms and cancellation policies, not these Terms.

1. Cancellations, Refunds & No-Shows

Free cancellation: You may cancel your reservation and receive a full refund provided you cancel more than 24 hours before your scheduled reservation or pickup time.

Non-refundable after the window: Cancellations made 24 hours or less before your scheduled reservation or pickup time are non-refundable.

Group bookings (10 or more guests): Group reservations of 10 or more guests may be cancelled, or reduced in guest count, for a full refund up to 30 days before the event date. Within 30 days of the event date there are no refunds on group bookings. Any cancellation or guest-count reduction inside that 30-day window, for example dropping from 10 guests to 9, is issued as credit only, which the remaining guests may use on the day of the event.

No-shows: If we arrive at your location to pick you up and you are a no-show, or you choose not to participate for any reason, the booking is non-refundable. You understand that you must be on time, as the bus or van cannot wait at your pickup location before having to leave for the next pickup. We will make every attempt to reschedule you to another time and date if possible, but if we are unable to, you agree to pay the no-show fee or 100% of your booking.

Why bookings are non-refundable: When you book, we reserve your place in the activity schedule and staff equipment and a vehicle or slot accordingly. That reserved place cannot be resold to another customer once the cancellation window has passed, whether or not you attend. You acknowledge that this reserved place has real value and is the consideration for which you have paid.

Free transportation: Adrenaline Mountain is selling the experience you book and providing optional free transportation if needed. If a problem with the free transportation causes delays, you agree that this is not grounds for cancellation or refund.

2. Agreement Not to Dispute Charges (Chargebacks)

Because we reserve your place and are unable to resell it after the cancellation window, you agree not to dispute, charge back, or otherwise reverse any credit card charge for a booking, including bookings for which you cancelled late or failed to appear.

If you dispute a charge, including any claim that you did not make the booking, were not present, did not participate, or did not authorize the charge, and you prevail in the dispute process, you agree that Adrenaline Mountain may file suit to recover the amount owed, and that you will pay all collection costs and reasonable attorney's fees we incur, together with an administrative fee of $400, regardless of the outcome of any such lawsuit. You agree that the $400 administrative fee is a reasonable estimate of our internal costs of collection, including correspondence, telephone contact, arranging service of process, court filing, and publication efforts, which the parties agree are difficult to calculate precisely.

3. Booking Records as Evidence

You acknowledge and agree that, when you book through our website, we record and retain information that establishes the booking and your acceptance of these Terms, which may include the date and time of booking, the email address you provided, the IP address used, your booking confirmation, the payment-card authorization, and your electronic acceptance of these Terms at checkout.

You agree that these records may be used and submitted as evidence (including to any credit card network, bank, or court) to establish that you made the booking, that you agreed to these Terms (including the no-show and non-refundable policy), that we reserved your place, and that the charge was valid and authorized.

4. Venue, Governing Law & Service of Process

Any legal dispute arising from or relating to a booking or these Terms will be handled exclusively in Clark County, Nevada, under Nevada state law, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.

You consent to service of any legal process by email and by U.S. mail at the email address and any mailing address you provided when booking, and you agree those addresses are valid and current for service. You agree to notify us of any change. If we are unable to serve you through these traditional means, you agree that service may be made by publication.

5. Acceptatie

Door je boeking te voltooien en bij het afrekenen te klikken om akkoord te gaan met deze voorwaarden, bevestig je dat je ze hebt gelezen en begrepen, dat je akkoord gaat met het bovenstaande annulerings-, no-show- en niet-restitueerbare beleid, dat je ermee instemt de resulterende kosten niet te betwisten en dat je akkoord gaat met de voorwaarden voor de locatie en betekening van processtukken in Sectie 4. Je elektronische acceptatie heeft dezelfde rechtskracht als een handtekening.

Bij Adrenaline Mountain ("wij", "onze" of "ons") hechten we veel waarde aan je privacy en doen we er alles aan om de persoonlijke informatie die je met ons deelt te beschermen. Dit beleid legt uit hoe wij je informatie verzamelen, gebruiken en beveiligen wanneer je onze website www.adrenalinemountain.com bezoekt of gebruikmaakt van onze diensten.

Wanneer je activiteiten boekt, aankopen doet of contact met ons opneemt, kunnen we persoonlijke gegevens verzamelen zoals je naam, e-mailadres, telefoonnummer, factuuradres en betalingsgegevens. We verzamelen ook automatisch technische gegevens zoals je IP-adres, browsertype, apparaatinformatie en websitegebruik via cookies en vergelijkbare trackingtechnologieën.

Wij gebruiken deze informatie om boekingen en betalingen te verwerken, te reageren op vragen, onze diensten te verbeteren, jouw ervaring te optimaliseren, updates of promoties te sturen (waarvoor je je op elk moment kunt afmelden) en de beveiliging te waarborgen.

Sms-communicatie

Als je jouw telefoonnummer verstrekt, ga je ermee akkoord dat wij je sms-berichten sturen over jouw boekingen, belangrijke updates of promotionele aanbiedingen. Standaard bericht- en datatarieven kunnen van toepassing zijn. Je kunt je op elk moment afmelden voor promotionele sms-berichten door "STOP" te antwoorden op een bericht, hoewel je mogelijk nog steeds niet-promotionele berichten ontvangt met betrekking tot jouw reserveringen of klantenservicebehoeften.

Informatie delen

Wij verkopen je persoonlijke gegevens niet, maar we kunnen deze wel delen met vertrouwde dienstverleners die ons helpen bij de betalingsverwerking, boekingssystemen, marketing en websitehosting, of met juridische instanties indien dit wettelijk vereist is.

Jouw privacykeuzes

Je kunt je privacyvoorkeuren beheren door cookies uit te schakelen in je browserinstellingen, je af te melden voor marketing-e-mails, "STOP" te sms'en naar promotionele berichten, of contact met ons op te nemen om toegang tot, correctie van of verwijdering van jouw persoonlijke gegevens aan te vragen. Wij nemen redelijke maatregelen om jouw gegevens te beschermen, maar geen enkele methode van verzending of opslag is volledig veilig.

Privacy van kinderen

Onze diensten zijn niet gericht op kinderen onder de 13 jaar en wij verzamelen niet bewust hun gegevens.

Links naar derden

Deze website kan links naar sites van derden bevatten en wij zijn niet verantwoordelijk voor hun privacypraktijken. We kunnen dit beleid van tijd tot tijd bijwerken en eventuele wijzigingen worden hier geplaatst met een herziene ingangsdatum.

Microsoft Clarity & Adverteren

Wij werken samen met Microsoft Clarity en Microsoft Advertising om via gedragsstatistieken, heatmaps en sessie-opnames vast te leggen hoe je onze website gebruikt en ermee omgaat, om zo onze producten/diensten te verbeteren en op de markt te brengen. Websitegebruiksgegevens worden vastgelegd met behulp van eigen cookies en cookies van derden en andere trackingtechnologieën om de populariteit van producten/diensten en online activiteiten te bepalen. Daarnaast gebruiken we deze informatie voor site-optimalisatie, fraude-/beveiligingsdoeleinden en advertenties. Verwijdering van gebruikersgegevens

Je hebt het recht om op elk gewenst moment te verzoeken om verwijdering van je persoonlijke gegevens. Dit omvat informatie die is verzameld via onze website, ons boekingssysteem, sms- en WhatsApp-berichten (zoals je naam, telefoonnummer, e-mailadres, berichtgeschiedenis en alle andere persoonlijke gegevens die wij in ons bestand hebben).

Om verwijdering van je gegevens aan te vragen, dien je een Verzoek tot gegevensverwijdering en vermeld het telefoonnummer, e-mailadres of boekingsreferentie die aan je account is gekoppeld. Wij zullen je identiteit verifiëren, je verzoek binnen 30 dagen verwerken en bevestigen zodra je gegevens uit onze actieve systemen zijn verwijderd. Let op: wij kunnen bepaalde gegevens bewaren zoals wettelijk vereist (zoals transactiegegevens voor belasting- en boekhoudkundige doeleinden) of om geschillen op te lossen.

Specifiek voor WhatsApp-gebruikers: je kunt op elk gewenst moment stoppen met het ontvangen van berichten door "STOP" te antwoorden of door ons nummer direct in WhatsApp te blokkeren.

Functionaris voor gegevensbescherming

Onze aangestelde Functionaris Gegevensbescherming is verantwoordelijk voor het toezicht op onze gegevensbeschermingsstrategie en het waarborgen van naleving van de toepasselijke privacyregelgeving.
