We are a 400-acre private adventure park in the Mojave Desert, about 40 minutes south of the Las Vegas Strip. Nine-plus activities, open 365 days a year, with guests flying in from all over the world for a few hours they will talk about for years.
Our crew runs the outdoor shooting range, off-road tours, the monster truck, heavy equipment, the flamethrower, axes and archery, and the free hotel shuttle that brings everyone out here. It is real outdoor work: hot in summer, dusty most days, and never the same two shifts in a row.

You run the outdoor shooting range. Safety briefings, loading and coaching guests through 70+ firearms, keeping every line calm and controlled, and logging rounds and equipment at the end of each session. Firearms experience helps, but we train the right person from the ground up.
You lead UTV and Jeep tours across 400 private acres. Pre-trip vehicle checks, trail leadership, keeping the group safe and together, telling the story of the desert, and logging mileage and vehicle condition after every run. A clean driving record is a must.
You run the rest of the park: monster truck, heavy equipment, flamethrower, axes and archery. You rotate between stations, brief each group, keep the schedule moving, and make sure guests leave with the photo and the story they came for.
You drive our complimentary Strip hotel shuttle. Hotel pickups on the daily schedule, keeping guests updated on the way out, and logging trips and mileage. You are the first and last impression of the day, so the friendly part matters as much as the driving part.
All positions are based at the park south of Las Vegas. You need reliable transportation to site, comfort working outdoors in desert heat, and the flexibility to work weekends and holidays.
