Can-Am Maverick UTV on private Mojave Desert trails near Las Vegas

Looking for ATV Tours in Las Vegas?

Straight Answer: We Do Not Offer ATVs

Adrenaline Mountain does not run ATVs, quad bikes, or ATV rentals. If you came here for a quad, we would rather tell you now than have you find out at check-in.

What we run is a fleet of Can-Am Maverick UTVs — side-by-sides with a steering wheel, bucket seats, three-point belts and a full roll cage — plus Jeep Wranglers for groups who want air conditioning. Most people searching "ATV tours Las Vegas" are picturing exactly this: ripping through open desert in something fast and loud. The machine just has four wheels, two seats and a cage instead of handlebars.

We also do not run Polaris RZRs, Honda Talons, dune buggies or quads. We tested other brands on this terrain and they did not last. The fleet is 100% Can-Am Maverick, and that is the only thing you will be handed the keys to.

Side by Side

ATV / Quad vs Can-Am Maverick UTV

What mattersOur Can-Am UTVTraditional ATV
Roll cageYes, full cage over both seatsNone, open quad
Seat belts / harnessYes, 3-point beltsNone, you grip and balance
SeatingSide by side, 2 or 4 peopleSolo, one rider per machine
HelmetAir-pumper helmet, filtered airOpen-face helmet, dust in your face
Talk to your groupIntercom in every helmetNo, engine noise only
Riding skill neededNone, if you can drive a car you can drive itBody-steering, balance, real learning curve
Where you ride400 private acres, no other toursUsually shared public trails

None of this makes quads bad. It makes them the wrong machine for a first-time desert driver who wants to go fast, ride with a friend, and finish the day without eating a mile of dust. That is the whole argument for the side-by-side.

What You Actually Get

400 Private Acres, Not a Shared Public Trail

Most Las Vegas off-road tours run on public land, which means marked trails, other operators, and a convoy pace set by whoever is slowest that day. We own our park: 400 private acres of Mojave Desert about 40 minutes south of the Strip, with trails we cut and maintain ourselves.

A typical trip: free shuttle picks you up at your hotel, you check in, get fitted with an air-pumper helmet and intercom, and take a safety briefing. Then 60 minutes of trail time through canyon switchbacks, desert flats and climbs, with your guide up front and a driver swap at the halfway point. Shuttle home after. Plan on 3 to 4 hours door to door.

Because everything sits on one property, off-roading also combines with machine gun shooting, monster truck driving and six more activities in the same visit. See the combo packages.

ATV and UTV Questions

Do you offer ATV tours in Las Vegas?

No.

Adrenaline Mountain does not run ATVs, quad bikes, or ATV rentals of any kind. We run Can-Am Maverick UTVs (side-by-sides) and Jeep Wranglers on our own private 400-acre Mojave Desert park, which is what most people are actually picturing when they search for an ATV tour near Las Vegas.

What is the difference between an ATV and a UTV?

An ATV is a single-rider quad you sit on and steer with handlebars, with no roll cage and no seat belt.

A UTV, also called a side-by-side, is a two- or four-seat vehicle with a steering wheel, seat belts, a full roll cage and bucket seats. You drive a UTV the same way you drive a car.

Is a UTV safer than an ATV?

A UTV keeps you inside a roll cage with a seat belt on, and it does not rely on shifting your body weight to stay upright.

Quads put a rider on top of the machine with nothing around them, so the failure modes are very different. That safety gap is the reason we chose side-by-sides for a park where most guests have never driven off-road before.

Can I still ride if I have never driven off-road?

Yes, no experience is needed.

Your guide gives a full briefing, leads the whole tour, and the Can-Am drives like a car with a steering wheel, gas and brake. Drivers must be 16 or older with a valid driver's license; passengers must be at least 5.

Do you rent ATVs or UTVs to ride on your own?

No, we do not rent vehicles out.

Every drive at Adrenaline Mountain is a guided tour on our own private land with a lead guide, helmets, and a safety briefing included.

How much does it cost?

The two-seat Can-Am Maverick is $329, the four-seat Maverick is $529, and the Jeep Wrangler is $379.

Prices are per vehicle, not per person, and booking direct means no third-party booking fees.

Is there a free shuttle from the Strip?

Yes, free round-trip shuttle from every major Las Vegas Strip and Downtown hotel, with six daily departures.

The ride is about 40 minutes each way, so budget 3 to 4 hours door to door.
